AutotrainSocial (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a product of Complete3 Tech Solutions LLC, a company registered in the State of Alabama, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you access or use the AutotrainSocial platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you consent to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Registration Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may optionally provide a profile photo, company or organization name, phone number, and billing address.

1.2 Social Media Account Data
Our core service requires you to connect one or more third-party social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Upon authorization, we receive and store API access tokens, profile identifiers, profile display names, and profile images as permitted by each platform’s API. We never request or store your social media passwords.

1.3 User-Generated Content
We store the content you create, schedule, or upload through the Service, including but not limited to post captions, images, videos, GIFs, documents, saved drafts, caption templates, labels, campaign data, and files stored in the built-in File Manager.

1.4 AI-Generated Content & Prompts
If you use our AI-powered features (content generation, caption writing, auto-posting), we transmit your prompts and relevant context to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek. We may temporarily log prompts and generated outputs to deliver the feature and for debugging purposes. We do not use your AI prompts to train our own models.

1.5 Payment & Billing Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number or bank account details. We retain transaction identifiers, subscription plan details, invoice history, and billing contact information for record-keeping and support.

1.6 Usage & Analytics Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session duration. This data may be collected via cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.

1.7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (local storage, session storage) to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze Service usage. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though this may limit certain features of the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:
